We are well known for our frothy margaritas, our delicious Mexican entrees and our “Greek Taco’s”. Everything in Matadors is made fresh daily. Nothing comes from a can and there are no preservatives. Our salsa, hot sauce, guacamole, tamales and everything else is homemade. The tacos are made from shredded beef, not ground meat. We even make our own Menudo with tripe, beef feet (patas), hominy, corn and spices. Popular dishes include our Huevos Rancheros, Lengua Con Chili and our Beef Tougue in Green Sauce.
