Surprise • (623) 680-7280

“The cuisine in this humble bistro far outshines most places in town – I dare say, even those headed by top-name chefs. Lucky for us that husband-and-wife chef/owners Kierstin and Snir Mor ditched their earlier careers to follow their passion for food.
“The dinner menu is brief, but the items, sauces and preparations change often, so you won’t get bored on repeat visits. That said, there was nothing I ordered that I wouldn’t gladly eat again… and again.
“The name, Amuse Bouche, which translates into “it entertains the mouth,” couldn’t be more apropos.” - Phoenix Magazine
