Seven Sisters Sweet Shop has been a maker of fine Belgian chocolates in the valley for over 15 years. We pride ourselves in the use of only the highest quality ingredients and in direct combination with our traditional hand rolling technique. For as the years have grown and changed we have made a conscious effort to keep the use of technology at a minimum. In turn our customers know each piece of chocolate has been hand crafted and packaged with the utmost skill and love. It is with these values that Christine Kim, owner and chocolatier, has continued the legacy of Seven Sisters Sweet Shop. Fresh, local ingredients from Superstition Farm are used to create treats like milkshakes, lemon bars, coconut-lime ricotta cookies and more than 20 flavors of ice cream.

Handmade farmer’s cheeses, artisan butters and cheese-infused desserts complement the unique ice cream flavors. Some say “artisan” some say “pop art” – we call it Real Food For Real People. Oh, and yes – yummy.

We take farm fresh ingredients from our farm friends and our Chef – Jennifer Johnson – transforms them into desserts from old favorites (fresh lemon bars anyone?) to instant classics (coconut/lime ricotta cookies are “little clouds of heaven” cooed one customer!).
