10% club for Phoenix Charities
Not only do we want to be the best online restaurant guide in Phoenix we also want to make a difference in the community. That’s why we created The 10% Club.
Each month we choose a wonderful Phoenix charity to donate 10% of our profits to. We’ve also joined the affiliate programs offered by the companies you see in The Marketplace. That means we receive a percentage of the sale if you make a purchase after you’ve gone from our website to theirs. And that means more money for your favorite local charity. Finding that special gift has never felt so good.
If there is a local Phoenix charity you would like us to know about please send us an email.
For that special gift for yourself or someone you love.
This months featured charity:
Arizonans for the Protection of Exploited Children

APECA mobilizes people and resources in the fight against sexual exploitation and abuse. Our vision: a world that protects children and adults from exploitation and abuse and values everyone. APECA has been incorporated since 2003.
When completed, APECA's eight-bed home in Arizona will offer a safe haven for girls (ages 11-17) escaping from commercial sexual exploitation and abuse. Teens at NATALIE'S HOUSE will receive shelter, food and clothing. In addition, they will have an intensive recovery program including outings and educational strategies to assist them in making the transition to a normal, healthy life.
APECA offers free community awareness trainings and hosts informational tables at schools, organizations and churches to promote awareness of sexual exploitation and abuse/self-abuse of children and adolescents.
We offer a free support group and other activities for teens recovering from self-injury.
Other important charities we support:
Arizona Camp Sunrise and Sunrise Sidekicks offer special programs for children who have or have had cancer, and their brothers and sisters.
Childhelp Arizona offers an array of child abuse prevention and education programs for children, families, and professionals who work with children.
The mission of the 100 Club of Arizona is to provide financial assistance to families of public safety officers and firefighters who are seriously injured or killed in the line-of-duty, and to provide resources to enhance their safety and welfare.
Our mission is to improve the quality of life for both children and animals that suffer from grim situations beyond their control. We diligently strive to reverse misfortunes and to secure a more promising future through direct financial support and by affiliating with specialized organizations that are aligned with our goals and values.
The mission and purpose of The Real Gift Foundation is dedicated to providing the necessary aid and assistance to, and for, children of homeless families so that they may better handle the challenges their lives bring and to give them the ability to face the future with hope, anticipation and optimism.
